Hi Dave,

There is one comment in the workshop manual:

To reset the windows (after loss of battery power): - raise the window in steps until it reaches it top point and hold the switch down for 1 second.

The main issue I had with the rear doors were the door contacts (on the pillar). The windows are controlled via BSI and therefore a signal will go via the door contacts.
Might be worth a try to clean them...

BTW, does it work via the remote (auto close function)?
