I'm going to (if I have time - 4 children, hence the EV2...) remove the trim off one of the doors this weekend to investigate.
If I have any success, I'll also post back my findings here as it might give you some useful info to pass onto your dealer, if I don't then its just another load of bits for the roof box!!
