Yes, the CD looks like a 2007/2008 Italian map first edition.

But check first it is an original and it has not been previously patched with RTxMapEditor. Normally, there is a config.log file in the root directory if it has been patched by RTxMapEditor. But I cannot verify if someone has removed this file after patching.

It is not recommended to use a patched map as original. Some feature, POI may be missing...

Nevertheles, on a RT3 there is no risk to damage it by using this kind of map.

By the way, the latest version of RTxMapEditor is available at : http://rt3mapeditor.eurovan2.com/RTxMapEditor0406.exe (It patched 2007/2008 2nd edition maps, remove POI in dupplicates, supports drag & drop)
