As I said previously, from a technical point of you, I strongly recommend to not used a patched map as an original, especially on a RT4.
POI have been modified by RTxMapditor (depending on the configuration, the user actions) and there is no way to retrieve the original POI list. If speed traps have been added with the RADAR CONTROL icon, it will be easy to remove them before adding new ones. But if another icon has been used, no way.
And do not forget RTxMapEditor optimizes maps differently for a RT3 and a RT4. If your map has been patched in RT4 mode, some original POI will be missing on your RT3.
Once again, on a RT3 there is no real risk. Some POI may be missing, not displayed but it shouldn't crash your RT3. And if something bad happens, just remove the CD.
It's up to you to decide.
