Yes, it's a fake.

Label.txt file exists only on old format map. You can also recognize them thanks to the GRUPPO_1.DAT file.

2007/2008 maps have instead a GRUPPO_4_ROOT.DAT, GRUPPO_4_MRE.DAT and GRUPPO_4_CID.DAT files.
