The seat cushions are less soft when they are new - maybe yours are (is, in case of just driver's seat) worn, or maybe you just were used to harder cushions.

Anyway, the thigh support indeed is not good for me neither. I would like to change the tilt angle of the seat cushion (lift just some mm's the front end) but there is no possibility to do that.

I've put a piece of high density self adhesive foam (1cm thickness, dark grey, it hardly stands out) on the left side of the middle console, so that the console doesn't hurt my knee on long distances.

If you want I can make a picture of it tomorrow. It really helps, the foam.
