I also find the seats not very good (but I did have a Saab before). I am average height, but have the seat all the way back and at the lowest level. Then I have the steering wheel pulled all the way towards me. This means my thighs are flat on the seat and I can stretch my legs. My right arm (window side) then aches after a bit.
It took me a while to find a good position. My first long trip I was desparate to get out after 1 hour. Sore backside...
The trouble is if you raise the seat it also tips forward. I miss the Saab's seats
