No they aren't - I checked this at the motor show in Brussels in January of this year.

The seats are OK in terms of back support (I've a terrible sensible and somewhile painfull back, but I never had a better seat before regarding back support - of course this is very personal) but for some of us including myself they aren't OK in terms of thigh support.

I think they are (as the EV2 is, in fact, a Peugeot, with Peugeot/Citroën/Fiat/Lancia badges on it, depending) designed for French (south European) people who are, in general, a little shorter/smaller compared to the average German / Dutch / Belgian / ....... / person.
