A/C fan access

Dear all,

I remember some time ago I have seen a pdf file with drawing explaining how to access the A/C fan under the steering wheel. I am not shure if it was EV2 portal. Anyway, if somebody can provide me with the link to the thread I would be glad. Of course I did try search option with no result.
