Your previous post said Saturday 8th, if Friday is easier for you then I'll do that as it's easier for me now.

Sorry confusing you, mazes.

It was certainly still meant to be the Saturday. I am a bit lost in my Holidays sometimes, not knowing what day or time it is.

So I hope SteveO can anyhow make it on Saturday as well. Will PM you my Mobilephone extension, just in case. If the Mailbox turns on, ignore my German announcement and leave a message after the beep.

Sadly I have been stuck in the house all day doing D-I-Y stuff so was unable to make the meet!

Yep!!!!!!

SteveO and me, together with my 5 year old son Lucas had a beautiful time in Ashbourne, despite standing in a little rain inspecting our cars. But the "Beresfords Arms" was nice and warm, and we had a

(thanks to Steve) and a nice chat (of course it was lemonade for Lucas). Besides that, the Landlord provided us with the results of England v Austria, with a relief in the end for Steve.

Will post the pictures we made after our Holiday.

Yep - it was a nice chat

, shame about the rain though. It was a bit different sitting on the left with the steering wheel in front and the handbrake back on the left

(where it normally is on most UK cars ).

The damage doesn't look too bad close up, does it?

On left hand E2 the handbrake is also on the left (door) side!

Saw my garage yesterday and after first looks estimated repair costs will be about 2500€ for the rear bumper and new paint on the back door/new handle.
I think it will still add up, as soon as they have dismounted the back.

Will book into the garage for a week in November to get this and all the other stuff fixed as well.
