But that of small local meetings isn't a bad idea, and members can organize them in a easier way. For example: the last week of February (24/2->2/3/07) I'll make a "white week" (winter holiday for skiing) in the Dolomiten; so why not organize an express rendez-vous with our south Austrian and north Italian members? yes of course, but this local meeting takes nearly each day place ... (last weekend we where biking in styria with her car - prodly with her car - because its very nasty now ...)
so come on - tell me where you will stay.
we are from 3th to 10th february near villach - at "kanzelhöhe"

Ja, schade, von Berlin aus gesehen ist das halt die "richtige" Seite der Alpen. Wir waren voriges Jahr schon da und hatten eine wunderbare Woche: 6 Tage nichts als Ski fahren und 7 Tage schönes Wetter und viel, viel Schnee.

Regardless where it will take place and how many regional meetings we'll have: We'll never have a meeting unless somebody fixes a date and takes the responsibility to organize this meeting. This is the only way it will work. So come on! I expect date and location towards the end of this year. No problem for even two or more meetings.

These days are full of work, because the end of the year is near and full of family or private things. Don't forget: It's Christmas!

In the begining of the new year there will be time to think about organisation of a big Rhein-Ruhr Meeting, free for everyone.

Granted, last meeting in Bürstadt in fact was a south west germany meeting with exotic guests from Genua and Berlin. But keep the chance to have a real anual european meeting !!!!

But surveying feed back to date it seems that enthusiasm isn't huge !!!

If there is an official meeting for all no need for unofficial reginal meetings.

So first is: Someone have to fix and organisize. So come on....

But my fear is, you will not have more than 10-12 members again.....

ok, I will worry intensively after Christmas about it .Makuf offered support to me. I will drive to 27. to the restaurant and see which dates am there still possible. June or July, which would be you rather?

Because since ladst week of June we have holidays in NRW. I know someone staying in Italy in Juliy!

Whats about May? 11th of May is forums birtday!?
