If the meeting will be in Vienna I can recommend the following hotel:
Hotel Wien : Wein & Design Hotel Rathaus Wien It is close to the city but you must use a public parking 100m far from the hotel. Regarding May or June there is no preference for me, but at least one public holiday should be included. Kind regards fragie
