Notifying of fault with download files

Hi,
Could anyone tell a newbie what is the protocol for telling about mistakes in the downloads?

Should we post in a forum, if so which forum? Or would it be better to quietly tell the member who kindly uploaded the file?

There are some mistakes with V5.4 in the Manuals section

You did already post in the correct Forum. In addition, feel free to contact the "uploader" directly via PM. In this case, please try to explain the problem a little mior in detail along with the link to the corrupted file (not just the link to the index).

Hi DirkS,

There are problems with two listings for RT3 V5.4 manuals
This one does not work at all

And this one downloads the wrong version, namely V5.3
