You already have in Portuguese: Cuidado com o cão.
But what size is the dog? if it's a little one, we use to say Beware of the dog... Don't step on it!

Seachain ar an madra (or perhaps Seachain an madra. Fainic on madra is not as close.

There are a number of ways of saying the same thing :)

Now I have 40 languages (without dialects or variations).

I am sorry I can not post all, because some have specials signs the system will interpret as control character.... as you can see in post #16.

Absolutely wrong!
You may correctly say "Guardati dal cane" which sounds like "Watch (or mind) yourself from the dog" but I wouldn't use that form to be understood from people.
