I always use car washes - but only 3-4 times each year. It costs about 4 euros and takes a few minutes so it's worth it when it looks disgusting or when I go for a holiday (why do we wash cars before a driving to a holiday destination?).
The Ulysse is the first car I've had in over 20 years that I don't wash regularly. I think this is because it is not a shape/design that I am attracted to but I love it for being so practical, reliable and overall it does a good job. I also think it looks more appropriate when a little bit dirty - it then has an appearance that matches its image (and hides the small dents and scratches!). |
