Biodiesel - Yes or No? - Page 2

I'm sure that there are ways to refine bio Diesel in order to have it compatible with regular Diesel. I think the lobbyism is preventing that to date. But in the course of time, I think we won't have problems with bio Diesel anymore in our cars. Either because of the refinement or the modification of injection systems.

It is no problem to use Biodiesel in cars anyway, some cars are prepared for using it yet. It is a economic and financial question.

This article, which unfortunately is in Danish, http://www.jp.dk/biler/artikel:aid=4273188/ tells about a recent Danish test demonstrating that the Peugeot/Citroën cars used in it actually were performing better on a fuel with 30% biodiesel than with ordinary diesel (a 407 had a 6,9% increase in engine power)!
