unknown fatal error...

I have tried to load scandinavia map 2006/2007 and 2007/2008 (one at the time) in the RTxMapEditor v. 0.4.0.7. I press copy and wait until the message successfully installed comes up. When I press ok a box comes up: Fatal error(headline) unknown fatal error. It's only one option, quit... Then the program close. When I try to start the program again the same message comes up, even when I uncheck the "load map at startup". If I delete the working folder directory I can start the program again, but blank...

I have tried different settings in the poi adding and radar adding options but without any luck.

I run Vista home premium 64 bit, maybe this is the problem. But I can't run this program as an xp compitable program.

Any suggestions...?

RTxMapEditor cannot run on top of a 64 bits Windows. All the code written by myself is 64 bits compatible, but not some libraries used which are compiled oyly in 32 bits.

I don't know how the WindowsXP compatible mode works, sorry.

Hi there,
I am running this SW under Vista and it is OK. The problem is that vista doesn't allowe to make the working directory on disk C:

Try to install the program on the for instance disk D: or if you are running it on C: you should change the permissions on that folder.

On the end you can try to run the program under administrator mode by simply rightclick the program and run as administrator. Good luck.

P.S. Vista 64 or 32 doesn't matter.
