"Incorrect header" on loading MapEditor

Hi

I have problem with inserting my own POI to the "Eastern Europe North East" CD.
First i look under the config and see there exportation column names not english but French i think. I not changed nothing, made one example export from the Tourist Information and got csv file with same column names. Now i just rename fiew rows and put my own cordinates, rename file and add to the list without any error. But when i restart the program i got error "Incorrect header" inside my new file what i made.
After that i rename headers from french to english but got same error with new column names.
What i can do or need to do?
