How/Where do I get my RT3 repaired?

After the EV2 with RT3 is on the market since almost 5 years, more and more questions regarding partly defect RT3s are being posted. This is supposed to be a link compilation to various posts offering hints for repair services. Again, these are only hints and the community will be thankful for more detailed information.
