Citroen C8 5.41V Update - HOW??

Can anyone please tell me how I can update my 5.41 v software. I have recently purchased the new European maps direct from Navtec, but the UK one does not work. Presume I need to upgrade. The car came with 5.41v. Citroen dealers have no idea how to do this.
