Thumbs down Selling "updated" RT3 navteq cdrom on Ebay

The last couple of days we got signals that there are some forum members who sell "updated" orginal navteq cdroms on Ebay. This "updated" orginal cdroms contains also Radars.

There is of course something wrong , either you sell orginal navteq cdrom without radars. OR you sell illegal navteq cdroms with radars. Oneway or the other those Ebay adverts from Eurovan2 members are not correct and we hope that everybody who's concerned are changed their Ebay adverts very soon. And in the very near future we will contact Eaby corp about those illegal goods and will ban those members of the eurovan2 forum.

It is very simple, we provide the RT3MAPeditor in the Eurovan2 downloads section for free and only for personally usage. And it's not fair to the creator of the RT3MAPeditor to make profit out of this and offer illegal copy navteq cdrom on Ebay.

Good morning at everybody and specially to Gerd and Janfy67. I want to inform every members of this forum that I am the bad man tried to sell on Ebay the updated maps. It is right I suffer public shame. I have already written privately to Janfy67 telling the reasons, family reasons. I know, I cannot be justified by my reasons but it is right that the shame is on me and not on other members of this site. I learned the lesson. I know it is too late to say I AM SORRY but it is all I can do. If the administrator will decide to erase my account, I will agree with you. Zigolotto

At least you should have credit for admitting it and not putting up sorry excuses!

It is very brave to come forward and admit you are wrong,

We will not erase accounts right now. This thread was a warning for all of the members of the eurovan2 forum. It's now a period for those who post those adverts to remove this from the internet. We will take actions on adverts of "updated RT3/4 Navteq cdroms" in the near future. Of course there also be a email or other ways of communication before we erase accounts.

We managed to kept this forum already running for more then 4 years and we don't want to close this forum due of illegal activities.

The PSA and Magneti Marelli or Fiat are strong parties and in a court battle we always loose. I guess that PSA , MM and Fiat are just tolerate us in the past we tried to make contact with the car manufactures but they don't support us of anyway.

So please be carefull and try to keep this website of shared knowlegde of our beloved cars.

No problem for me, the point is closed.

I also agree it was brave and honest to come back here and present public apologies. It would have been easy to remain anonymous.

Ciao a tutti!
