MAP Orientation on WIP NAV

I have just got a Peugeot 407 SW with WIP NAV. Is there anyway of changing the map orientation rather than just having the map always running North-South. This is the first Sat Nav that I haven't been able to do this with.

Any help would be appreciated

No it doesn't. That answer is for the WIP COM not the WIP NAV. There is no MAP option in the menu on the WIP NAV.

Has anyone got any ideas please.

no. most of us do not drive a 407. try this :

Hi,
I've got a WIP NAV on a 308 CC (308 GT in UK I think..) and I searched a few days before finding this undocumented option : The option is not in the navigation menu, but in the map menu you can access by clicking the selection button during map display.
There are 3 display options :
2D map with north always on top, 2D map with car direction on top, and perspectively map with car direction on top.

Exactly like tmerchez mentioned.. I'm driving the 407 with the WIP NAV. Didn't take me that long to find out, but it wasn't obvious either..

So like said, you can find this option when you have the map on your screen, then push the middle button and a new menu will pop-up at the right of your screen..there you'll have the option to change the view-mode of the map..
